Bethie June loves the ocean, collecting vintage yellow pottery. Her favorite words are "mocha" and "tropicamide". She promotes the healing power of chocolate to all who will listen. Mmm. My favorite too. Do you eat them straight up out of the wrapper or do you toast them?

I'm catching up w/ the blog. I watched America's Test Kitchen (PBS) and they compared chocolates. Even though this is a couple of weeks late (follwing the brownie recipe) I know this is crucial info. Anyway, Ghiradelli won out in the taste test.
We sampled the brownie recipe a couple weeks ago Amy. Total yum. I wouldn't be surprised if Wendy used Ghiradelli.
