He loves us

I'm listening to music this morning while I work instead of watching four hours of the Today* show, and I was thinking about the pile of work coming up next week, the project that starts today, the burden facing a consultant that I'm trying to provide some help to today...and I felt burdened. And at that moment, the song, "How He Loves" by the David Crowder Band came on and it struck me that it's far more preferable to view my bending under the "weight and the wind of His mercy" and  the wonder of "how great His affections are for me."



And the song that (through "random" shuffle") came on next just continued in the theme. "Friend of God" by Israel Houghton and Michael Gungor.
