Breakfast Recipe

My husbands brother and our sis-in-law were here this weekend, so I tried a new breakfast recipe from Ree Drummond, www.thepioneerwoman.com. Very easy and VERY yummy!

Make Ahead Muffin Melts

Ingredients
12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup mayo
12 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled
1 T. (heaptin) Dijon mustard
1/2 t. garlic powder
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
6 whole English muffins, split

Preparation
Combine all ingredients except English muffins. Fold together gently. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to broil. Spread the egg mixture on the English muffin halves, then broil in oven for 3 to 5 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately. Makes 12 generous portions.
