My book club meets tonight. I didn't read the book. Again. But I did make dessert, as assigned. I'm hoping that these Key Lime Cupcakes* help my friends overlook my weaksauce commitment. The recipe didn't call for the lime twists or the raspberries. They are my ode to Wendy's key lime pie. Mmmmmmm!
Hmm....we sure are doing a lot of food blogging these days!
*They taste okay...but not as good as key lime pie!

Those look AWESOME! Love the twists and raspberries. almost to pretty to eat. notice I said "almost" ! also love your presentation on the green plate. You say "food blogging" like it's a bad thing! :)
