So if you were in my hometown of WalnutCreek Ohio this week, you were treated to this. A baby giraffe! He was visiting the Der Dutchman. I think he ordered the salad bar, but this has not been confirmed. I would like him to come to my house and be my friend. I love him! I would name him Spike. And would hug his neck everyday. Can Giraffes go up and down steps? My dear Mom happened to be in town and saw him in person! How lucky could she be. :) (fyi: I do not know the lady in the picture, was unable to crop her out of the scene. ) ( so now she is on our blog!) (ha!)
