Bethie June loves the ocean, collecting vintage yellow pottery. Her favorite words are "mocha" and "tropicamide". She promotes the healing power of chocolate to all who will listen. But, will not share her chocolate with heathens with no appreciation of it's wonderfulness. She also enjoys cake and most recently was introduced to coconut chocolate chip cookies.

I think it's psychological. Kind of like why do they spray the entry carpet to a hotel room with febreeze. Because it makes you think the room is clean & fresh when you walk in. It's all an illusion...as magician Doug Henning used to say.
